Join our pleating workshop where we share with you the fundamentals of pleating. Base bags of a single colour are “coloured on the spot” on-demand, upon order. This allows us to reduce our inventory to one singular SKU, which has been one of our main goals in sustainability efforts in curbing waste from the beginning of the MAKE project.

The MAKE cOts experience comes with the option of adding on pOcuts, which are utility pockets salvaged from offcuts and die-cut with a pre-designed template to encourage a 0-Waste design. These can be easily snapped on and off with the 3D printed recycled filament for flexibility of placement.

We _/\/\/\ake it only when you want it.

This workshop is a one-off class that offers a great introduction to the age-old craft of pleating and circularity through a unique in-store experience.

Our _/\/\/\aker will do a demonstration on how each bag is printed to the colour of your choice and explain the circular initiative behind cOts. You will then proceed to select your choice of pleats, colour and wraps, straps and eyelets. After which, we'll guide you through the pleating process using paper moulds and thereafter, baking them in our very own built-in steamer. During the baking process, you are free to browse around the store and try on some of our signature pleated pieces while waiting. Once the baking is done, we'll proceed to adding on the finishing touches to the bag and voila‚ meet and take home your finished pleated bag!

Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight imperfections may occur during the process. That is, after all, the true beauty of a handcrafted product :)
