Our pleated pieces are made to last, but life happens and if your items require a little maintenance, you are welcome to send it back to us to fix it for a small fee – we'd be more than happy to help you extend the lifespan of your item!

Shortening straps: $15

Minor alterations: $10
e.g. shortening armhole lengths, reducing slit lengths, adjusting neckline height, adding hook/bar

Shortening hemline: $20
Not applicable for fully pleated items. Drop us a message to enquire more. 

Gradient and silk items: Additional $5 on top of flat repair fee
Due to the delicate nature of the digital gradient print and silk fabric, Gradient and silk pieces require more care and handling time.
